  • 2 sticks 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 5 ounces Evaporated Milk

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Nonstick Spray

Prepare Pan:

  • Coat a 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  • Line the pan with parchment paper for easier removal of the fudge later.

Melt Butter and Sugar:

  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the unsalted butter and light brown sugar until dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.

Add Evaporated Milk:

  • Pour in the evaporated milk, allowing the mixture to gently boil.

Cool Mixture:
