Equipment

  • Cooking spray
  • Plastic Wrap (for freezer meal)
  • Gallon-Sized Freezer-Safe Bag (for freezer meal)
  • Foil

Ingredients
  

  • 6 mini naan breads
  • 8 ounces pizza sauce or other sauce of your choice such as Alfredo sauce, BBQ sauce, or pesto
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • Assorted pizza toppings of your choice e.g., pepperoni, ham, pineapple, bacon, chicken, peppers, onions, olives, tomatoes

Instructions
 

Making Now:

  • Lightly spray both sides of each mini naan bread with cooking spray and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spoon a bit of pizza sauce onto each naan bread, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add your desired toppings.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the mini naan pizzas for 8-9 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let them cool for a minute or two, then serve and enjoy!

Making as Freezer Meal:

  • Follow the instructions above to assemble the mini naan pizzas.
  • Once assembled, wrap each pizza individually in plastic wrap or stack them with parchment paper between each one.
  • Place the wrapped or stacked pizzas in a labeled gallon-sized freezer-safe bag, removing as much air as possible before sealing.
  • Store the bag in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Baking from Frozen:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with the rack in the center position.
  • Remove the desired number of frozen mini naan pizzas from the freezer and place them on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let them cool for a minute or two, then serve and enjoy!

Classic: Tomato pizza sauce + mozzarella cheese + pepperoni
BBQ: BBQ sauce + mozzarella cheese + bacon + chicken + pineapple
Pesto: Basil pesto sauce + mozzarella cheese + Parmesan cheese
Hawaiian: Tomato pizza sauce + mozzarella cheese + ham + pineapple
Margherita: Tomato pizza sauce + mozzarella cheese + fresh basil leaves + drizzle of olive oil
Alfredo Bacon: Alfredo sauce + mozzarella cheese + chopped cooked chicken + bacon
Taco: Leftover taco meat + shredded cheddar & Monterey jack blend cheese + olives
Dessert Pizza: Diced apples + streusel topping + salted caramel drizzle after baking
