Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 453.59g king crab legs
  • 4 tablespoons 56g unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced (about 1 tablespoon garlic)
  • 1-2 teaspoons 4g-8g Creole seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon 7.5ml lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon 3g chopped chives or parsley
  • Lemon wedges to serve

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Using kitchen shears or scissors, cut the crab legs in half lengthwise to expose the flesh.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Creole seasoning, and lemon juice. Microwave the mixture for about a minute until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well combined.
  • Brush the crab legs generously with the butter mixture, reserving some for serving.
  • Place the crab legs on an oven-safe pan or baking sheet.
  • Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are heated through.
  • Once baked, sprinkle the crab legs with chopped chives or parsley.
  • Serve the baked crab legs immediately with the remaining butter sauce and lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the meat.
