  • Cutting board
  • Paper Towels

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds golden potatoes or Yukon gold
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • Spices to taste such as salt, garlic, rosemary, parmesan, pepper

  • Using a sharp knife, slice the potatoes into about a quarter to a half-inch slices.
  • Place a potato slice on your cutting board and thinly slice vertical lines on one side. Make sure to place chopsticks on each side so you don’t entirely cut the potatoes through the sides of the potato.
